Welcome back to my page where you can find pet + lifestyle recommendations! I have been on the hunt for the best pet beds and chairs for these crazy cats (Pineapple, Simba, and Muffin). Who knew there were so many options in 2021? Rattan is everywhere and it’s here to stay.
For those of you who don’t follow us regularly on Instagram, we recently moved into a new apartment and I felt inspired to find a modern pet bed that would best fit our new lifestyle. There were two options that I had the opportunity to try with success on both accounts. I know my cats very well, and they can be brutally honest when they love or hate a new purchase.
The first pet bed that I came across was a Marshall’s find (you can find it at TJ Maxi as well 😌) and for a reasonable price. These beds can range easily over $100 or more! From the moment we unboxed the bed, I noticed that it was packaged very well and the material was sturdy. I was nervous that the cats would immediately want to scratch at it, but they have been very delicate with the material. Can we just admire how good Simba (below) looks in his new pet chair? Simba is obsessed with his new corner and typically hangs out here throughout the day while I am working away from home.
The second pet bed we tried out was a Costco find that was listed under $40. Unfortunately these pet beds sold out and Costco does not have them online. The great thing is that you can now find these type of pet beds almost anywhere else online. These pet beds do not typically come with memory foam, but this year it’s become a trend. You can find a variety of these options on Amazon and other pet stores. The link I provided will show you a variety of these pet beds that will not break the bank. You can find these fur throw pet beds in a spectrum of shades and sizes, but pay attention to those prices!
